How to Cook Baked eggs with spinach
Servings: 4 people
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 2 dessert spoons crème fraîche (double cream)
- 4 eggs
- Pre heat the oven (180ºC thermostat 6). In a frying pan, quickly brown the spinach with some olive oil. Add the double cream over low heat.
- In 4 ramekins, put the spinach. Break one egg per ramekin. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Put the ramekins in the oven for around 8min. Let it cool 4-5min before serving.
