How to make Dried Tomatoes
Servings: 4 people
- 3 kg Tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Oregano
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- Cut the tomatoes into slices, place on a tray and add salt.
- Dehydrate in the oven for 5 or 6 hours, at a temperature of 90° to 100°.
- Then pack the tomatoes in a glass jar. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of salt and oregano. Let marinate for 4 hours before eating. Keep in the fridge.
