  • 2 kg de Shrimp
  • 1 cup Fish broth
  • 2 Tomatos red
  • 2 Onions purple
  • 3 Hot Pepper
  • 12 Lemon
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 rama de Coriander chopped
  • 1 rama de Parsley chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 cup Fish broth

Instructions
  1. Boil the shrimp for a couple of minutes.
  2. Chop the onions into fine julienne strips, place in a cup with water and a little salt. Let stand for 5 minutes. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces. Chop the chili pepper in small squares.
  3. In a bowl put all the ingredients, salt and pepper. Squeeze the oranges and lemons, add the juice and fish stock to the previous mixture.
  4. Let stand in the fridge for 3 hours.
