Hamburgers with beef Recipe

  • 500 grams Fatfree ground beef
  • 500 grams Fatfree ground pork
  • 1/4 cup Beer
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ-sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • 1 teaspoon Spicy sauce **optional


  • Add all the ingredients to a big bowl and mix the beef with the pork meat. Season with salt and pepper. Let it rest for 30 minutes
  • Divide in 5 portions of around 3 to 4 cm thick. Knead and shape the hamburgers.
  • Bake the hamburger slides 7 minutes per side over medium heat or on the grill
  • Add the ingredients you would like to have on your hamburger bun (tomato, salad, ketchup, mustard)
