Pre heat the oven (200ºC thermostat 6/7). Peel and remove the seeds from the apples. Cut them in pieces and spread them in a plate.
Dust them with vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
In a bowl, pour the flour, soft butter and brown sugar. Mix them with your fingers until you obtain a sort of sandy dough.
Cover the apples of dough and put the plate in the oven for 35min. You can serve them with a scoop of yoghurt or vanilla ice cream.
