crème fraîche (double cream)

Preparación
Pre heat the oven (180ºC thermostat 6). In a frying pan, quickly brown the spinach with some olive oil. Add the double cream over low heat.
In 4 ramekins, put the spinach. Break one egg per ramekin. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Put the ramekins in the oven for around 8min. Let it cool 4-5min before serving.
