  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 6 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Anise essence
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 250 grams Milk caramel

Instructions
  1. In a bowl place the butter and sugar, mix until both ingredients are integrated.
  2. Add the egg yolk and a whole egg, beat for a couple of minutes, then add the cornstarch and flour, mix well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. On a table sprinkle a little flour and stretch the dough until it is smooth, with a hope of 0.5 cm approximately.
